MarketImpact Training

Practical AI fluency for senior teams.

A six-session executive programme for organisations that need to move from AI curiosity to confident, controlled use in real work.

Why this exists

Most AI training stops before the difficult part.

Teams do not need another tour of tools. They need to know how to delegate work to AI, how to judge the output, how to protect sensitive information, and how to decide which workflows should change.

MarketImpact Training is built around the work senior teams already do: board papers, strategy memos, policy and risk reviews, customer communications, RFP responses, internal analysis, and the judgement calls that sit around them.

Outcomes

Clearer decisions, safer adoption, more useful work.

01

A shared language for executive AI decisions

Senior teams leave with a clearer way to discuss capability, risk, quality, and value.

02

Repeatable workflows, not isolated experiments

Participants practise on board papers, strategy memos, risk reviews, and commercial work.

03

Better review habits before work reaches leadership

The programme emphasises verification, audit, confidentiality, and accountable use.

Programme

Six sessions. One practical operating model.

The format is structured enough for a board to approve and flexible enough to adapt around the team in the room.

Session 01

Executive AI fluency

Build a shared language for what current AI can and cannot do, where it creates real leverage in executive work, and where senior judgement remains non-negotiable.

Session 02

Structured delegation

Move beyond prompting tips to a repeatable method for delegating real work to AI: framing tasks, setting constraints, and defining what good looks like before asking for output.

Session 03

Multi-agent thinking

Use AI to simulate disagreement and stress-test thinking before a decision hardens. Participants learn when to use multi-agent patterns and when not to.

Session 04

Verification and audit

Build adversarial checks into AI-assisted work so teams catch fabrication, drift, and quiet errors before they reach senior decision-makers.

Session 05

Workflows and agents

Turn one-off experiments into repeatable workflows your team can run, including desktop and agentic AI tools where AI works across files, browser, and applications.

Session 06

Adoption and accountability

Close with a map of where to use AI now, what to leave alone, and how accountability works when AI is in the loop.

Approach

AI training should change how a team thinks under pressure.

01

Context is the work.

Weak AI use starts with a weak description of the task. We teach participants to define the audience, decision, constraints, risks, and review standard before they ask for an answer.

02

The useful moves are repeatable.

Brief, generate, critique, compare, rewrite, stress-test, and decide. Once a team can name those moves, AI becomes less mysterious and more governable.

03

The model is a mirror.

AI often reveals the gaps in a team's own thinking. Used well, that mirror improves the quality of the team's questions before it improves the machine's answers.

Offer posture

Scoped carefully before delivery.

MarketImpact Training is a senior-led training and advisory offer from MarketImpact Digital Solutions Ltd. Every cohort begins with the audience, approval context, and practical use cases.

Before proposing a programme, we clarify the document types, decision routines, sensitive data boundaries, and review standards that will make the training useful in real work.
